At Medhaksh Health and Care, we prioritize hygiene and safety, especially as we deal with personal care and medical products such as wipes and diapers. Due to the nature of these products, we follow a strict return and refund policy.
We accept returns only in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect. To initiate a return, customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us via email or phone with clear images and details of the issue.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels intact. Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety concerns.
Once your return request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
In case of prepaid orders, refunds will be credited back to your account. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may be required to share bank details for refund processing.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
